Get to know us
After teaching and playing tennis, Barbara Soto, former NCAA DIV 1 Tennis Champion, decides to connect with the roots that made her a better athlete and better human being. She started to study alternative therapies such as Meditation, Yoga, Reiki, Breathing Techniques to aid her Sports Psychology Practice and aid athletes to perform at their maximum level. Barbara meets with individual athletes, teams and/or parents and trainers to take performance to their next level.
